Our Chinese New Year

It was the Chinese New Year Season. Ibu had to work at night for 4 days with 4 days of rest. So I slept with Nenek on night Ibu have to work. But I still get to see Ibu in the day. We had our reunion dinner at Mak Long's place on Chinese New Year. I got a red hong bao and get to lay in Baby's Leanna cot with Puppet Monkey for a while. I was very excited because it is so cosy!

Baby Leanna had a baby shower. I did not get to go because Ibu had to work. I got to pose with Baby Leanna's baby shower gift! It is so pretty with lots of hearts. Nenek held me up while I pose for Ibu's camera.

Everyone gathered around the table to eat a buffet steamboat. Ibu put me in Baby Leanna's stroller while Ibu eat for a while. I got hungry soon too so Ibu had to breastfeed me soon after eating. It was fun day!

On Sunday, Mak Long came to my home. I was exactly 4 month old. My fingernails was long so Nenek decided to trim my finger nail while Ibu was eating with Mak Long. Nenek was trimming my fingernail and accidentally cut my right fourth finger at the finger tip. It was painful and bleeding. I cried out loudly for a very long time. Ibu and nenek tried to stop the bleeding by putting pressure but blood still came out. Ibu breastfed me and tried to quiet me down. I drank only for a while but continued crying after that again. So Ibu decided to bring me to the doctor at East Shore A&E because the other clinics might be closed. Nenek was carrying me while waiting for the cab. The bleeding soon stopped and I fell asleep. So we spent the afternoon at East Shore Hospital to get my hand bandaged with antibiotic cream. Poor Ibu, she had to work that night and did not get much sleep. Only sleep with me for an hour before going work.
